  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Items should be in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable Goods: Opened or partially consumed yak cheese chews cannot be returned.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns and refunds. All sale or clearance items are final sale.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

    • Place the item(s) in their original packaging along with any accessories or documentation.

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    • Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Processing Your Refund

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Upon approval, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and shipping the replacement.

7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
    • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
    • Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves:
    • The refund will be issued to the gift giver.

8. Fees and Costs

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our return policy conditions.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
