Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yakety Yaks Chews! We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products (pet food and treats), we cannot accept returns of opened items for health and safety reasons.

To be eligible for a return:
• Product must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• Product must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@yaketyyaks.ca with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged/defective product
• Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Items purchased from unauthorized retailers
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
